As within all special units within armys soldiers volunteer for the elite units. Thats kind of the same approach we want to adopt here. Whether you are recruited or you have asked to join every new recruit will go through the recruit stage... You will be a recruit on a trial period to see how you function as a soldier and in a squad..We are a squad therefore we are very BIG on squad operations together, so team work is the key. You will remain a recruit for a minimum of 2 weeks but up to a maximum of 4 weeks depending on how things go. After 2 weeks the command will have a discussion on how things have been going and see if you are good within the squad or not..Its also a time for you as a player to decide if you like the squad and if it's for you.. After talks you will either be made a full member or asked to leave... regards Coopes Co - 1st Gebirgsjager |
